Kitchen Track Lighting : Track lighting serves several purposes. First, it focuses light on areas where you would otherwise be working in your own shadow. These are areas that may be under the shadow of the kitchen cabinets. You might need light to wash up and clean vegetables at the sink, for example. You will need illumination to cook.
